pH 1 is near battery-acid strength - among the most aggressive liquid-service conditions a storage tank can face. Almost no common tank survives it: unprotected steel dissolves in hours, and standard enamel formulations are not rated for it. Only a specially formulated, thick, multi-fired glass lining combined with acid-compatible seals can hold pH 1 without rapid failure. Specifying the wrong tank here is not a maintenance issue; it is an immediate asset-loss event.
Shijiazhuang Zhengzhong Technology Co., Ltd (Center Enamel) is a pH1 liquid storage tanks exporter, supplying GFS tanks with 3C3F enamel (pH 2-11) and acid-proof seals for extreme acid service. As China's first GFS manufacturer since 2008, Center Enamel has exported acid-duty tanks with ocean-freight packaging to more than 100 countries.
At pH 1 the liquid is strongly acidic - it dissolves steel in hours and destroys standard linings, so only a purpose-built system survives.
Center Enamel meets pH 1 with the thickest multi-fired enamel grade, full spark testing, and acid-compatible seals throughout.
pH1 service appears wherever strong acid is made, used, or recovered - each demands the special lining.

Center Enamel pH1 liquid tanks are built with 3C3F enamel fired at 820-930 degrees Celsius, 100% high-voltage holiday spark tested at 1,500V, manufactured under ISO 9001/45001, and fitted with acid-proof seals throughout - exported with ocean-freight packaging and installation support to more than 100 countries.
pH 1 does not negotiate. If the lining is not purpose-built for it, the tank is a countdown timer. The only honest answer is three coats of fused glass and seals that match
They are storage tanks built for strongly acidic liquid at pH 1 - near battery-acid strength. Center Enamel exports them as GFS tanks with 3C3F enamel (pH 2-11, 270-480 microns, 1,500V tested) and acid-proof seals throughout, because standard enamel (pH 3-11) is not rated for pH 1.
Standard GFS enamel is rated pH 3-11; pH 1 is below that range and would attack the lining. Only the thick, three-coat, three-fire 3C3F grade with acid-compatible seals is engineered for such extreme acid, and even then application limits must be confirmed.
pH1 service includes spent-acid regeneration, strong-acid chemical process streams, aggressive mining leachates, and battery or electroplating acid tanks. Each requires the special lining and acid-proof seals.
Yes - 3C3F enamel grade, capacity, roof, seals, heating, and fittings are engineered for the specific acid and concentration, with ocean-freight packaging and installation support for delivery to 100+ countries.
