Glass Lined Steel Tanks consist of enamel sheet, special sealant,self-locking bolts and other accessories. And among them , enamel sheet is the most important part. Enamel sheet is finished where Glass and Steel are fused together to achieve the best of both: strength and flexibility of the steel combined with superior corrosion resistance of the glass.

Raw Material Test --- Raw material ingredient analysis, raw material impurity test and etc.
Enamel Sample Test ---Enamel fluidity test, color difference analysis, firing test, acid and alkali resistance test, adherence test
Destructive Test --- Impact test,holiday test, slice microscope analysis
Main Production Procedure
Plate CNC cutting -- After getting the raw steel sheet,then cut the plate according to the drawing design, to fit for customer’s requirement.
Enamel Spraying -- Before the spray, check the plate is clean and no defects, use sandpaper to clean the surface well; adjust the air pressure of pressure tank in a propose situation, check the amount of spray glaze if it is reasonable and normal. The spray should be even/well-proportioned; there is no thicker or thinner or missing spots . See the reference.
High Temperature Burning -- Technicians to burn: according to different plate thickness, burning temperature of burning furnaces should be adjusted.
Quality Inspection -- Products QC includes but not limited to : Holiday test, Coating thickness gauge , Out appearance checking.
