What is anaerobic digestion?
Anaerobic treatment is an effective method for industrial wastewater treatment. It USES anaerobic bacteria (biomass) to convert organic pollutants or chemical oxygen demand (COD) in an anaerobic environment into methane gas. Anaerobic microorganisms (specific to anaerobic conditions) have been selected because of their ability to degrade organic matter in industrial wastewater, converting organic pollutants into biogas (methane + carbon dioxide) and small amounts of biological solids. This energy-rich biogas can then be used for boiler feed and/or CHP to produce "green" electricity and

Our anaerobic digester tank is also called a glass fused to steel tank which combines the strength and flexibility of steel and outstanding corrosion resistance of glass, so Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks can provide many advantages over standard epoxy or weld painted storage tanks. To assemble the industrial tanks, we use the self-locking bolt and special sealant to connect the steel sheets. This kind of assembly structure achieved rapid low installation requirements.
