The enamel panels manufactured by Center Enamel consist of two kinds of materials. One is enamel frit, the other is raw steel. They are fused together to constitute the Glass-Fused-to-Steel panel. GFS panel has two coatings on each side. Twice heat treatments are processed on the enamel panel to achieve best cohesion blending of the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass.

With the stable and excellent performance of the enamel panels, our glass-fused-to-steel tank is used for so many environmental protection fields such as waste water treatment, waste organic sludge treatment and irrigation water and leachate storage. As the enamel tank by Center Enamel has the great performance on corrosion resistance and acid / alkali resistance, it is the best choice to be used for waste water treatment. As we know, the waste water/sludge has so much corrosive substance. The enamel panel is inert for chemical reaction, so it is good for the storage of waste water or liquid. What's more, it is so smooth on surface, so it is easy to clean. Waste stuff sometimes is very difficult to clean. Therefore, a tank with smooth and glossy surface is highly required.
