High Chemical Resistance Glass Fused Bolted Wastewater Treatment Tanks

Introduction of GFS bolted tank

Our enamel coating wastewater treatment tanks are consist of Enamel sheet, Special sealant and Self-locking bolts with more than 30 years service life. The enamel steel sheet is made of ART310 enamel special steel containing rich titanium that makes the steel sheet twice the strength than ordinary steel plate. Both sides of steel plate coated with two layers of enamel frit, fuse the steel and enamel frits in 850℃-900℃ high temperature oven, makes the steel sheet to achieve the best performance of both : the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with the excellent corrosion resistance of the glass. The strong bonding enamel coating not only can prevent the corrosion of tank, but also resistance to strong acid and alkali. To assemble the wastewater treatment storage tanks, there is no need any other big equipment during construction, we use the self-locking bolt and polyurethane or silicon sealant to connect the steel sheets. This kind of assembly structure achieved rapid low installation requirements. And according to actual requirements, the capacity of the tanks can be expanded and removed easily.
