Main Production Procedure
1. Plate CNC Cutting
Cut the corners and polish the edges. The sizes cut should be accurate and the four edge sides polished should be smooth
2. Enamel Spraying
The spray should be even/well-proportioned; there is no thicker or thinner or missing spots .
3. High Temperature Firing
According to different plate thickness, burning temperature of burning furnaces should be adjusted.
4. Quality Inspection
Out appearance checking , Holiday test , Coating thickness gauge, Anti-acid&alkaline test etc.
