Since the term "wastewater" represents a broad cross-section of composition, waste stream composition, compound, source, and intensity, it is not surprising that the general rule of thumb is this, too general. Wastewater flows vary greatly, especially in the industrial sector, as are the options for effective treatment. Just as careful selection of the correct process and technology is a necessary condition for successful (ie license-driven) processing results, the same is true for the storage tanks where the initial storage and final processing takes place.
Bolted steel industrial wastewater storage tank is assembled by Glass-Fused-To-Steel plate and fixed by self - locking bolt. Then the sealing glue is applied to the joint gap and bolt position to improve airtightness of the tank. The service life of Glass-Fused-To-Steel tank is more than 30 years, because the Enamel glaze and steel plate surface are fused together after heat treatment at 850-940℃ and then create a tough and inert bond, which combines the strength of steel with the outstanding chemical and physical corrosion resistance of glass.
