For example, in October 2012, a tank of a US oil smelting company was damaged by a hurricane "Sandy" attack, causing about 300,000 gallons of diesel leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the design of the wind-resistant structure of the storage tank to reduce the impact of the typhoon on the storage tank.
