Biogas Storage Tank with Double PVC Membrane Gas Holder Cover
Biogas storage tank with double PVC membrane holder cover is suitable for a wide range of working gas pressures, storage volumes and gas production rates and can accommodate the requirements of any sewerage, wastewater treatment, industrial effluent and biogas plant.
The out membrane is used to protect and keep the structure of the biogas holder, and the inner membrane is used to gather and store biogas. The air pressure of the out and inner membrane is adjusted and kept by an air blower. So biogas in the inner membrane is sent to the gas pipelines. This system has been long-time tested, at least be functional for 15 years
Biogas contains C2H2, H2S, carbon dioxide , H2O ect . H2S could be very corrosive . The top ring which is gas and liquid mixing area is the mostly easily to be corrode . So we use glass coated steel material tank . This is the combination of both material to achieve the best of both : superior corrosion resistant of glass , combined with flexibility and strength of steel . Glass coating FUSED together in high temperature furnace not just sprayed on it. Glass coated bond with steel plates to become one material .
