Leachate is the liquid that seeps through solid waste in the landfill and extracts soluble, dissolved and suspended materials in the process. This highly corrosive liquid needs to be properly managed and store, to prevent the leachate contaminated water from seeping into the ground water prior to treatment.

Glass fused to steel technology offers interior and exterior coatings that are resistant to corrosion. The glass fused to steel tanks are designed to meet request of leachate storage, not only for primary storage, but also secondary containment needs.

1. Gas & Liquid Impermeable. The assemble system of the tanks with special sealant and self - locking bolts makes sure no leaking of gas and liquid, making sure the tanks could be used for any kind of water and biogas.

2. Anti-acid, Anti-Alkali: Can be used for liquid PH1-14.

3. Abrasion resistance and impact - resistance: The steel we used contains Ti which makes sure the steel plate is twice harder then other normal steel. And makes sure the tanks can be used in the harsh environment.

4. Anti - static property: It is very safe to used for water storage, waste water / sewage treatment.

5. Flexible capacity from 20m3 to 18000m3. And as the tanks are bolted with modular steel plate, it can be re-model, expanded, removed, dismantled easily.

1. CAD Design: all the leachate storage tanks are designed as per client’s request by CAD - work stations

2. Laser Cutting: Center Enamel adopts most advanced 3500W laser cutting machine to meet the best cutting performance

3. Shot Blasting: Comparing chemical processing, our advanced physical Shot Blasting ensure quality of each sheet

4. Rolling: according the different request and dimension

5. Pre - treatment: Each sheet will be pre - treated before enameling

6. Enameling: Center Enamel is the only one using automatic enamel machine in China

7. Firing: The temperature of firing oven is 850 degrees Celsius

8. Test: Center Enamel tests every sheet with 1500V holidays test and other tests

9. Packing: All the glass fused to steel sheets are packed in wooden boxes
