Glass fused to steel Tank quality assurance:
1. To improve the steel quality performance after enameling, we developed special steel ART310 with Angang Steel Group in 2005 . This development not only increase the adhesive power between steel and enamel coating, but also significantly solve fish scaling problem.
2. Strict Quality Control:4 kinds of test will be carried out among the production
-- Raw materials testing in the factory:ingredient analysis, impurities test;
-- Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment , acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc,
-- Middle stage products test :amplification experiment simulated environment；
-- Destructive testing, detection , impact test, sparks test, sliced electric microscope analysis .
