Center Enamel provide Bolted Steel SBR tanks for wastewater Treatment Project
Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR) or Sequencing Batch Reactors are sludge activation systems designed specifically for wastewater treatment. They block solids to reduce organic matter in wastewater, which requires multiple cycles, depending on the size of the tank.
Benefits of Bolted Steel SBR Wastewater Treatment
Because SBR technology uses a storage and batching system, sewage can be stored during peak periods and treated in smaller batches throughout the course of any day. This means that each batch has full processing time and peak surges are avoided.
The SBR tank is powered by aerodynamic power from the blower/compressor, which means there are no moving parts of the electrical components inside the tank itself. This reduces maintenance and replacement costs and increases operational efficiency.
There is no need for a final settling tank or return activated sludge pump as everything happens in one tank. This also means that the SBR system takes up less space because fewer tanks are required.
