Glass Fused to Steel Tanks
Glass Fused to Steel Tanks (GFS Tanks), also known as Glass Lined Steel Tanks (GLS Tanks), are constructed using GFS panels. These GFS panels are processed stainless steel sheets with a glass/silicate fused layer. The key reason for fusing glass with steel is to improve the overall durability of the panel. Single-layer steel is susceptible to environmental conditions that cause early decomposition/corrosion of the material; so the fusion of glass prevents this from happening. After the steel and glass are fused, the strength increases, the acceptable range of the pH value of the alkaline solution expands, and the wear resistance increases.
The enamel assembling tank technology is a tank manufacturing technology that uses a special high-strength steel substrate for enamel, adopts a professional enamel process, and fuses a highly inert anti-corrosion glaze layer on the surface of the substrate to make a standardized steel module tank manufacturing technology; Consumption, quick installation, and finally complete tank forming.
