2. Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic difference analysis, enamel burning experiment, acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc,
3. Middle stage products test: amplification experiment simulated environment；
4. Destructive testing, detection, impact test, 1500 V holiday test, sliced electric microscope analysis.
Production Process of Leachate Storage Tanks
All GFS leachate storage tanks are manufactured in Center Enamel’s ISO certificated factory based in Shijiazhuang City, and confirming to AWWA D103 - 09 design standard.
1. Laser Cutting: Center Enamel adopts most advanced 3500W laser cutting machine to meet the best cutting performance
2. Enameling: Center Enamel is the only one using automatic enamel machine in China
3. Firing: The temperature of firing oven is 850 degrees Celsius
4. Test: Center Enamel tests every sheet with 1500V holidays test and other tests
5. Packing: All the glass fused to steel sheets are packed in wooden boxes
