Brief introduction
Glass fused to steel tank is a tank with excellent corrosion resistance, easy construction, service life is more than 30 years, which is different with the traditional tanks like concrete tank. For concrete tank the construction time is very long and maintenance cost is very high, once install the volume can’t be change.
We produce the glass fused to steel tank with the ART 310 enamel special steel sheet, and it’s surface fused with enamel frit. Enamel frit is the material similar with the glass, so the acid and alkali proof is very good. Fused these two material into the high temperature in the high temperature, the result is made these two material into a single composite material.
Ti-rich Special Steel ART310 Advantage:
To improve the steel quality performance after enameling, we developed special steel ART310 with Angang Steel Group in 2005.
1. Increase the adhesive power between steel and enamel coating.
2. Significantly solve fish scaling problem.
3. Improve the steel yield strength after firing.
