Glass Lined Steel Tank Used As Continuously Stirred Tank Reactor (Cstr) In Biogas Plant

The CSTR is a conventional digester design consisting of an above-ground tank with a fixed pitched roof. Biogas is collected at the top of the tank and is pumped to a separate gas holder. Digestate is removed from the base of the digester tank.

Center Enamel Biogas CSTR tanks are manufactured from glass fused steel and are insulated externally with 100mm of polyrthene board and protected with plastic-coated steel panels. There is no mechanical equipment within the digester tank.

The protective coat can prevent corrosion, can withstand strong acid and alkali. It is superior in corrosion resistant .
