Stable quality and Strong corrosion resistance
The processing production enamel steel is completely finished in the factory according to high standardization degree. Before leaving the factory , each enamel coating plate needs a series of inspection to make sure the quality is stable. Our company developed special titanium alloy steel plate whose thickness can be up to 12mm. After special craft processing , spray 2 layers of enamel on both side of the steel plate. The thickness of the enamel coating could be up to 300 microns. After the enamel coating, burn the steel plate in 900 degree high temperature and then the enamel and the steel can forms a strong bonding force between each other and become a protective layer that not only can prevent the corrosion of the tank , but also is resistant to strong acid, alkali and high temperature.
Short installation period
The standardized production of the steel plate and accessories are finished in factory. After packaging , the steel plates are transported to the construction site for assembly with bolt connection. And we have developed a special installation tool , making installation is very simple. Installation process won’t influenced by weather.
Expandable and removable
Enamel tank is assembled by self-locking bolts and special sealant. It can be dismantle and remodel after the tanks is built.
Simple Installation and maintenance
Special tools are used when assemble the enamel steel tanks. The installation begins with roof which can be installed on the ground, and then ascended up to the height of a layer board by special tools. Then install the second circle of glass fused to steel plate. This operation repeats again and again until the installation if finished. From beginning to the end, the workers stand on the ground to finish the job. It is very simple and safe. Moreover, the superior anti-corrosion performance of the enamel coating guarantee the tank maintenance is very simple.
