GFS Leachate Storage Tanks are used to store and contain leachate, fully named as glass fused to steel leachate storage tanks. It consist of 3 parts as standard: glass fused to steel tanks, special sealant and self locking bolts. Manholes, walkway, ladder and platform is also available for the client’s option.

When the composition and toxicity of leachate varies from one landfill to another landfill, one can not be too careful when storing such a volatile substance. If not properly supervised or contained, leachate can seep through the water table and into the ground water.

3. Middle stage products test: amplification experiment simulated  environment；

4. Destructive testing, detection, impact test, 1500 V holiday test, sliced electric microscope analysis.

Production Process of Leachate Storage Tanks

All GFS leachate storage tanks are manufactured in Center Enamel’s ISO certificated factory based in Shijiazhuang City, and confirming to AWWA D103 - 09 design standard.

1. Laser Cutting: Center Enamel adopts most advanced 3500W laser cutting machine to meet the best cutting performance

2. Enameling: Center Enamel is the only one using automatic enamel machine in China

3. Firing: The temperature of firing oven is 850 degrees Celsius

4. Test: Center Enamel tests every sheet with 1500V holidays test and other tests

5. Packing: All the glass fused to steel sheets are packed in wooden boxes
