The tank panels are lined inside and out with a glass enamel that binds to the metal providing many advantages over standard epoxy coated or welded painted storage tanks.

Quality Assurance

Our strict quality control system ensure the consistent delivery stable quality product all the time. There are more than 50 staffs in our quality control department. The QC control system is in accordance with the requirement of  ISO9001. All the enamel tank & storage silo manufactured by center Enamel should pass below 4 kinds of quality tests from the beginning of produce to delivery and make sure each product is high quality.

•  Raw materials testing in the factory:ingredient analysis, impurities test;
• Recipe finalized small samples test : enamel fluidity test, chromatic  difference analysis, enamel burning experiment , acid and alkali resistance testing, glossy, adhesion etc. 
•  Middle stage products test :amplification experiment simulated  environment;
• Destructive testing, detection , impact test,  sparks test, sliced electric microscope analysis .
