Fusion-bonded epoxy tanks are manufactured by fusing epoxy resin to mild steel, the reason for fusing epoxy to steel is to enhance the latter's properties. Bare steel is susceptible to environmental conditions and therefore requires a fusion coating. After the steel is fused with epoxy resin, the resistance to atmospheric aging and corrosion is enhanced, and the acceptable range of PH value is expanded.
Fusion-bonded epoxy tanks are commonly used for Municipal Wastewater, Industrial Wastewater, Fire Protection Water, Biogas Digester, Slurry Storage, Liquid Leachate, and Dry Bulk Storage as a low-cost solution that provides good protection. The contact surface of each panel supplied with our epoxy tanks is 100% factory tested and inspected against stringent standards which guarantee tank panels "zero discontinuity/no defect".
