Introduction Of Bolted Steel Anaerobic Digester
Bolted Steel Anaerobic Digester also is called Glass fused to steel tank which is a kind of factory fabrication tank , which made of glass coated on Ti-rich special steel plates . The steel plates are coated with enamel powder ( mixing with 10-20 different materials ) and burned in oven ( Temperature from 800 celsius to 950 celsius ) , which makes the steel sheet and glass coated greatly blend together .Bolted Steel Anaerobic Digester combines the strength and flexibility of steel and the corrosion resistance of glass. Bolted Steel tank is the perfect solution for anaerobic digester.
About the installation of bolted steel anaerobic digester , there is no need big equipment to do it . Jacks are required during the installation , we will install the glass fused to steel anaerobic digester from the top ring , one by one until all of them are installed . Bolted steel tank is widely used in wastewater treatment , sludge treatment anaerobic digester , because of its’s excellent corrosion resistance .
