All Center Enamel’s tank panels are manufactured with glass-fused-to-steel technology, which is the process of fusing steel with glass particles at 800-920℃ to create a single inert bond. The end result is a high quality, durable structure that has proven to contain a variety of liquids with the lowest lifecycle cost of any tank technology. With such fusion process, Center Enamel tanks never need to be repainted to prolong their service life, unlike welded steel and field-coated tanks.the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass allow sludge storage tank to provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.
The deisgn of Center Enamel is strictly following the standards but not limited to AWWA D103-09,OSHA and EN ISO28765 standards.Materials are carefully selected and inspected for conformance to rigid specifications. These design and material standards are proven in thousand hundrens of tanks all over the world. All Center Enamel tanks are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 certified facility.
