Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks are made of individual sections including Glass-Fused-to-Steel, roof, tank ancillaries. All the individual sections are manufactured and finished in the factory according to strict structural specifications, with quality bends, welds and surface processing. The bolt holes and openings will be cut by CNC laser cutting machine automatically. Spray the glass coating on both sides of steel panels automatically. Coating thickness is controlled within 230 microns to 450 microns. After enameling and drying, then firing steel panels in the oven at the temperatures ranging from 850℃ -940℃, which facilitates the interfacial fusion reactions that combine the two materials. That is what we call Glass-Fused-to-Steel. unlike field-welded tanks, which must be finished at the installation site, often resulting in an imperfect and inconsistent finished coating that is susceptible to corrosion and other damage.

1. short installation period
Glass-Fused-to-Steel is manufactured in our factory. After being packed and transported to the construction site for assembly, the Glass-Fused-to-Steel connection is completely bolted, and we have developed a special installation tool to make the installation very simple. The installation time for Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank depends on the sizes of the tanks installed, and the complexity of the installation process. Normally, the installation is very quick, often requiring less than a third of the time it typically takes to complete a welded or a concrete tank, but factors such as site complications or specific job requirements can alter the installation time.
2. installation and maintenance are simple
Once all of the products have arrived, trained and licensed welders must be hired to weld the various parts together. Once finished, every weld must be thoroughly and professionally inspected to ensure that there are no weak welds or places where leaks might otherwise develop. This necessary step to field-welded tanks can cost a lot of money and time that might otherwise be better spent elsewhere. Should any weaknesses develop over time, those same skilled welders must be re-hired to appropriately mend the units.
In contrast, Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks are easier to install and cheaper to maintain. Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks are manufactured at an offsite facility and shipped together in ready-to-assemble sections. These sections can be assembled by anyone with a basic understanding of a socket wrench and blueprint. As long as the foundation is sound, these Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks can be assembled in just about any type of weather. Should a problem with a leak or marring occur, the damaged piece can be easily unbolted and its replacement bolted into its place.
3. expansion and relocation
The enamel assembling tank is made of standard Glass-Fused-to-Steel with bolts. We can remove or re-install the Glass-Fused-to-Steel tank after construction and operation, and can easily expand and migrate the tank.
