The glass lining is coated to steel plates in high temperature furnace i.e. Spraying and firing process. Before the spraying and firing process , the plates are properly pre-treatment : CNC cutting , shot-blasting , curving , ect . it forms very strong adhesion strength between the coating and the steel plate. The protective coat can prevent corrosion, can withstand strong acid and alkali. It is superior in corrosion resistant .
