Center Enamel offers a wide variety of industrial water storage tanks. Our bolted tanks can be used to store both non-potable waters for agricultural or industrial uses as well as wastewater for treatment and disposal. We also offer food-grade tanks for potable water storage that meet NSF Standard 61 requirements for the storage of drinking water.
The bolted steel industrial enamel water tank is made of fusion and steel plate at 820°C-930°C to achieve the best performance, strength and flexibility combined with the corrosion resistance of steel and glass, providing many advantages standard epoxy coating or Welding oil storage tanks for painting. Melting glass into steel tanks is the best choice for drinking storage solutions.
High resistance to acid corrosion
The glass lining forms a hard inert barrier for the inner and outer tank surfaces to prevent weather and corrosion. This chemical bonding strength is many times that of traditional mechanical bonding and prevents any coating cutting that may spread corrosion to the raw steel material.
Easy to install
During installation, we will issue installation guides to the site to train local workers on how to assemble the tank. In contrast, steel tanks welded on-site are welded by well-trained and licensed welders, which will cost a lot of money and time, otherwise, the money and time could be spent elsewhere. This makes the installation process quick and easy, much faster than the installation of concrete or welded tanks, and is not affected by weather delays, which often hinder the installation of competitive designs.
