Double Membrane Biogas Storage tank with Superior Corrosion Resistance
Double membrane biogas storage tanks are used to store and contain liquid and biogas. It consist of 3 parts as standard: glass fused to steel tanks, special sealant and self locking bolts. Manholes, walkway, ladder and platform is also available for the client’s option.
When the composition and toxicity of biogas varies from one landfill to another landfill, one can not be too careful when storing such a volatile substance. If not properly supervised or contained, biogas can seep through the water table and into the ground water.
There are only few tanks that have abilities to store biogas, which with the variability in composition. When a project comes with biogas storage tanks, the landfill operator’s first option is Center Enamel’s double membrane biogas storage tank .

1. CAD Design: all the leachate storage tanks are designed as per client’s request by CAD - work stations

3. Shot Blasting: Comparing chemical processing, our advanced physical Shot Blasting ensure quality of each sheet
4. Rolling: according the different request and dimension
5. Pre - treatment: Each sheet will be pre - treated before enameling
6. Enameling: Center Enamel is the only one using automatic enamel machine in China
7. Firing: The temperature of firing oven is 850 degrees Celsius
8. Test: Center Enamel tests every sheet with 1500V holidays test and other tests
9. Packing: All the glass fused to steel sheets are packed in wooden boxes
