The Biogas Storage Tanks is also called anaerobic digestion tanks. We offer modular site-bolted , coated steel tanks for the digestion of waste to produce biogas and then storage the biogas.
Our fused to steel stainless bolted tanks provides excellent resistance to a wide range of contents. Generally , the product suits a pH range of 3 - 11 , suiting applications from municipal sludge , potable water to biogas digester.
During biogas digester operation , regular maintenance is very important to prevent leakages. Leakages of gas , water and odour from a digester can cause serious problems for the plant. It is hard to avoid corrosion in concrete digester tanks , even though a special coating system is utilised. All these problems can be avoided if a glass fused to steel tank is used as it process below superiorities :
1. Anti - Acid and Anti - alkali : can be used liquid or gas whose PH is 3 - 11. Our enamel coating steel tanks can be used for biogas digester , waste water treatment , sewage treatment , industrial effluent treatment.
