We offer glass fused to steel bolted tank with a wide range of color and capacity from 20m³ to 18000m³ to suit many bulk commodity storage requirements. From potable water , municipal sludge , anaerobic digestion , demin water and many more applications , we can offer the right tanks to suit all applications.
Our bolted steel tanks are made from two materials : enamel and steel plate. These 2 material are fused together to achieve the best properties of both – the strength and flexibility of steel combined with the corrosion resistance of glass. The enamel is applied to both interior and exterior surfaces , makes the steel have beautiful appearance , delicate texture , and strong abrasion / corrosion resistance.

Parameters of our glass fused to steel tank
Coating Color : dark green , white , blue , color can be customized upon your request.
Coating Thickness : 0.25～0.40mm , double coating. That makes the tanks with strong corrosion resistance.
Acid and alkalinity proof : Standard sheet PH :3 ～11; Special sheet PH :1～14. With this nature , it can be used for industrial effluent treatment , sewage treatment.
Adhesion : 3450 N / cm
Elastic : Same as steel sheet, around 500 Kn / mm.
Hardness : 6.0 ( Mohs ). We use special steel to make the hardness twice then other steel.
Service life : more then 30 Years, but with low life-time cost.
Holiday test : > 1500v
Permeability : Gas / liquid impermeable. It’s very suitable for waste water treatment, biogas digester.
Easy to clean : The Smooth , glossy , inert , non adhesive.Suitable for portable water.
