Our storage tanks consist of high-strength corrugated galvanized steel sheets that are bolted together at the project site. Our galvanized tank modular bolt design allows for quick and easy installation in all types of weather conditions without the need for field coating or welding. Galvanized Bolted Water Storage tank is a cost-effective option for your storage needs. Our galvanized steel water tanks are constructed from lightweight bolted steel sheet for durability and field assembly. Unlike traditional steel tanks that are fully constructed for transport, bolted water storage tanks can also be disassembled, transported and stored.

Tanks are assembled on site by overlapping and bolted galvanized steel sheets. Seal the tank with a roof cover using a mastic or synthetic rubber membrane liner, providing a reliable and low-maintenance solution for water storage. Tanks made of galvanized steel offer many advantages over other steel corrosion protection systems. Unlike other protective coatings that rely solely on steel sheet preparation for adequate adhesion, galvanizing produces a coating that surgically bonds the metal to the steel.

Galvanized tanks are an economical method of liquid storage primarily used for storage of oil and gas, fire water, industrial liquids, drinking water and wastewater applications. Zinc used in the galvanizing process corrodes in preference to steel and sacrifices itself to protect steel. Corrosion products from zinc deposit on steel, resealing it from the atmosphere, preventing corrosion.
