Biogas project is the main solution for livestock wastewater treatment. This wastewater solution occupies less land, does not require oxygen, and has low energy requirements. It can produce biogas, has a high organic matter loading potential, and can degrade some sewage that cannot be degraded by aerobic microorganisms. At present, the livestock wastewater treatment project mainly adopts the glass-lined steel tank as the UASB reactor.

The UASB reactor means that the wastewater enters the bottom sludge layer and the middle and upper sludge suspension area sequentially through the water distribution device, and reacts with the anaerobic microorganisms in it to generate biogas. The gas, liquid, and solid mixture are separated through the upper three phases. After separation, the sludge falls back to the sludge suspension area, and the wastewater is discharged out of the system after separation, and biogas is recovered at the same time. UASB reactor is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater, such as landfill leachate, livestock wastewater, slaughter wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, food processing wastewater, etc.

The UASB anaerobic reactor manufactured by Center Enamel uses high-strength enamel-specific steel as the base material and uses professional enameling technology to fuse a highly inert anticorrosive glaze layer on the surface of the base material to make a standardized enamel steel plate, which is impact resistant.
