Bolted Steel Industrial Water Tanks For Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket digestion
Center Enamel’s bolted steel industrial water tanks are widely used for upflow anaerobic sludge blanket digestion in wastewater treatment project.Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge bed reactor (UASB) is an Anaerobic biological method for treating sewage. It is introduced and introduced in 1977 by Professor Lettinga of the Netherlands. Sewage flows up through UASB. At the bottom of the reactor is a high-concentration, highly active sludge bed where most of the organic pollutants in the wastewater are degraded to methane and carbon dioxide by anaerobic fermentation.There is a sludge suspension layer above the sludge bed due to the agitation of water and air bubbles.
The upper part of the reactor is provided with a three-phase separator for separating digestion gas, digestion liquid and sludge particles. The digestion gas is derived from the top of the reactor; Sludge particles automatically slide down and settle to the sludge bed at the bottom of the reactor. The digestive juices flow out of the clarified area.
UASB has a large load capacity and is suitable for the treatment of high concentration organic wastewater. Well-operated UASB has a high removal rate of organic pollutants, does not require stirring, and can adapt to large load shocks, temperature and pH changes.
