farm water tank is widely used in irrigation water storage tank. Irrigation means using different technical equipment to enable farmers to use water for their crops when natural resources are insufficient. Irrigation makes crops more productive. In general, 94 percent of irrigated crops are irrigated by sprinkling or ground irrigation. The other 6 percent use more expensive and sophisticated technologies such as drip irrigation.
The glass-lined steel tank is made up of separate parts, including the glass smelted into steel, roof, and tank auxiliary. All individual parts are manufactured and completed in the factory according to strict structural specifications, with quality bending, welding and surface treatment. Bolt holes and openings are automatically cut by CNC laser cutting machine. Automatic spraying of glass coating on both sides of steel plate. The coating thickness is controlled between 230 and 450 microns. After the paint drying, the steel plate is roasted in the oven at 850℃ to 940℃, which is conducive to the interfacial fusion reaction of the two materials. This is what we call glass smelted into steel. Unlike field welded storage tanks, field welded storage tanks must be installed on site, often resulting in incomplete, inconsistent, corrosion and other damage to the finished product coating.
