More Than 30 Years Bolted Steel Sludge Digestion Tanks For Biogas Plant
Bolted steel sludge digestion tanks are made of individual sections including Glass-Fused-to-Steel, roof, tank ancillaries. All the individual sections of bolted steel sludge digestion tanks are manufactured and finished in the factory according to strict structural specifications, with quality bends, welds and surface processing.
The steel round (cylindrical) shell of the bolted steel sludge digestion tanks is built from two-layer enameled sheets coated on both sides. The sheets are attached with special high-grade bolts and sealed by constantly flexible silicone (sealant). After firing at 820°C-930°C high temperature, the molten glass reacts with the steel plate surface to form an inert and inorganic bond. Bolted steel sludge digestion tanks combine the strength and flexibility of steel and the corrosion resistance of glass, which is the advanced storage solution in the storage tank industry.
