Biogas Digestion Enamel Steel Tank Mounting with Membrane Gas Holder

Biogas digestion tank we are providing is enamel coated bolted steel tank mounted with double layer membrane holder roof . The outer layer of membrane roof works as the protection for the inner membrane . The outer membrane is more strong and coated with UV resistance coating . By working of air blower, the outer membrane forms a hemispheric balloon thus keep the roof in shape . The inner layer of membrane roof is more gas-tight . The biogas generated by the underneath digester will be temporarily stored at the space formed by the digester and the inner membrane . So this is so-called inter-grated biogas digester - biogas digestion and biogas storage are realized by this same unit .

The membranes are highly tear resistant polyester fabrics with a special PVC surface treatment and acrylate varnish. The fabric is also resistant to the impact of the different biogas ingredients and the white colour of its external membrane has a highly reflective effect. The construction and dimensions of the double membrane biogas storage tank comply with all relevant standards.

3. Shot Blasting: Comparing chemical processing, our advanced physical Shot Blasting ensure quality of each sheet

4. Rolling: according the different request and dimension

5. Pre - treatment: Each sheet will be pre - treated before enameling

6. Enameling: using automatic production line to enamel all panels

7. Firing: The temperature of firing oven is 850 degrees Celsius

8. Test: Center Enamel tests every sheet with 1500V holidays test and other tests

9. Packing: All the glass fused to steel sheets are packed in wooden boxes
