Center Enamel Co., Ltd is a professional factory specialized at making factory coated bolted steel biogas storage tank . The biogas storage tank wall is made of fusion glass lined carbon steel plates . The roof is double membrane gas holder which is the place where biogas is stored .
This is a intergrated unit : the coated bolted steel tank body is acting as the digester space , the double membrane gas holder is storing biogas generated from the digestion process .
This kind of unit is welcomed at small-medium scale biogas plants . Because of limited biogas generation of per day , the biogas does not needed to be stored at a ground-landed biogas cabinet . In stead , the biogas is stored by the double membrane gas holder . After purification , It will be burned to heat the boiler or provide electricity for the plant itself

Center Enamel Co., Ltd provides various dimensions . When the tank is to be mounted with double membrane gas holder . The maximum capacity is restricted by the largest possibly membrane roof . As of now ,the maximum biogas storage tank we can provide is 10,000m3 .
When the glass coated steel tank is open top , we can provide maximum 20,000m3 capacity .
