Sludge Storage Tank Manufactured From Vitreous Enameled Steel Plates
Introduction of equipment
The sludge storage tank we are offering is a bolted type tank. It is assembled by special steel plates, dedicated sealing sealant, self-locking bolts, etc. The tank deign service life is more than 30 years. After per-treatment: drilling and shot blasting, the both side of the special steel plates were coated with enamel coating, after firing in high temperature furnace ,it forms very strong adhesion strength between the coating and the steel plate. The protective coat can prevent corrosion, can withstand strong acid and alkali. It is superior in corrosion resistant .
Scope of application
In addition to be used as sludge storage tank , it is wide used as anaerobic tanks and aerobic tanks in the field of biogas plant.
Glass coated steel tank is used as waste water containers, filters, waste water digesters, bio-reactors, waste water settling tanks, intermediate process tanks, sedimentation basin, fermentation tanks, etc.
Glass coated steel tank is also used in fire and rescue system and agriculture irrigation storage system .
