What is Agricultural Water Storage Tanks?
Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS), also known as Glass-Lined-Steel (GLS) and Agricultural Water Storage Tanks, these names all means the same thing. This is the only tank finish where two materials are fused together to achieve the best of both: the strength and flexibility of the steel combined with these corrosion resistance of the glass. The high temperature fusion of glass to steel fired at 850°C results in an inert, durable finish. Applied to both interior and exterior, the GFS technology is able to withstand the rigours of the construction site and provide many years of trouble free service in harsh environments.

CEC Tanks are equipped with a preliner and a flexible membrane liner inside each water tank. The preliner and liner ensure corrosion resistant construction since the water contained does not contact steel directly inside of the tank. Because the tank does not have a bottom structure, a concrete floor or foundation is used as an important safety measure to stabilize tank position and prevent excess movement in the event of extreme weather or natural disasters. These tanks can also be installed elevated on a tower for high visibility or gravity flow. .
