Leachate accumulates in and around the landfill and is produced by the water that penetrates the landfill to accelerate the decomposition of its internal materials. The liquid itself may contain a lot of dangerous elements, and if not collected and handled properly, it may cause damage to local waterways. Our leachate tanks are manufactured with additional hardening and a special protective paint coating inside and outside. This method, coupled with the option of using thicker steel, provides a reliable storage solution for storage leachate groundwater.

Center Enamel bolted steel leachate Tanks are made of special steel plate, special sealant, self-locking bolt, and the service life more than 30 years. After pretreatment, the special steel plate is coated with two or three layers of enamel coating on both side. After the heat polymerization, a strong binding force is formed between the coating and the steel plate. The protective layer formed by the coating can not only prevent corrosion of the tank body but also has the function of strong acid and alkali resistance and strong abrasion resistance.
