Center Enamel supply a range of bolted steel fire protection water tanks for automatic sprinkler systems and fire hydrant systems. We have designed, manufactured and installed these fire fighting tanks for over 30 years and we are the first manufacturer of glass fused to steel tanks in China.In accordance with NSF61 standard, Center Enamel fire water storage tank standard range of 20 to 20,000 cubic meters, in line with international tank design standards.
Bolted steel tanks are made from individual components manufactured and completed in a controlled factory environment. This allows each section to be formed in accordance with strict structural specifications and the quality of bending, welding and surface preparation is monitored through comprehensive quality control measures. Once partially completed, they are powder coated in a tightly controlled environment, which leads to a durable finish that virtually eliminates corrosion and maintenance problems; Unlike battlefield welding tanks, battlefield welding tanks must be completed at the installation site, often resulting in imperfect and inconsistent coatings that are vulnerable to corrosion and other damage.
