Center Enamel provides farm biogas storage tanks with customized capacity. Our biogas storage tanks are made from the Glass-Fused-to-Steel sheet. The Glass-Fused-to-Steel plate is coated with 2 layers of enamel, after firing at 820°C-930°C high temperature, the molten glass reacts with the steel plate surface to form an inert and inorganic bond, which combines the strength and flexibility of steel and outstanding corrosion resistance of glass, so Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks can provide many advantages over standard epoxy or weld painted storage tanks.
Biogas storage tanks are widely used in anaerobic digestion plants for biogas storage. The biogas produced by the anaerobic digester is composed of combustible gases methane (50-75%), carbon dioxide (25-50%), water (H2O), nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3) and trace elements (organic halide, siloxane, etc.).
