Brief introduction of Bolted Steel tanks
Bolted steel tank has enjoyed increasing popularity over the past years. The bolted steel tank is the right storage tank for wastewater storage and widely used in the water and wastewater treatment industry with excellent corrosion resistance for both internal and external coated with corrosion-resistant silica glass. In the wastewater treatment sector, it can be used as aeration tanks, aerobic reactor, water purifying tank, leachate storage, trickling filters. The tanks are constructed in full accordance with the applicable AWWA D103.
Bolted steel tanks are made of Glass-Fused-to-Steel which is fired at 820°C-930°C high temperature, the molten glass reacts with the steel plate surface to form an inert and inorganic bond. Glass-Fused-to-Steel combines the strength and flexibility of steel and outstanding corrosion resistance of glass. Our bolted steel tanks service life is more than 30 years.
